It is the customers' responsibility to read through the following Terms & Conditions. By using the Site and/or placing an order for products from us, you agree to follow and to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

 

GENERAL:
We may modify or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued usage of the Website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms and Conditions.

 

ORDERING:

1. For online party cake and micro wedding cake orders, your order is confirmed once payment has been made through our website. After placing an order online, you will receive an order confirmation to your email immediately thereafter. Please review your invoice carefully to confirm all of your specifications were clearly captured on your order.

3. For large weddings and custom cakes, your order is not confirmed until payment or deposit and signed contract is received.

4. Unless otherwise noted on product description, we cannot guarantee specific colors or varieties of fresh florals used for styling your cake. We can only guarantee that they are the best quality, locally-grown blooms we could source that week.

5. Natural food colors shown may deviate slightly from image on site due to variance in photography lighting and botanical extract strength from different sources.

6. Cake Bloom frequently uses fresh and dried edible flowers, herbs and botanicals in signature cake designs as listed in product description. Customer shall not hold Cake Bloom liable for any allergies or reactions from ingesting cake garnishes or ingredients.
