The perfect fall dessert for crisp autumn days: our Woodland Apple cake features brown sugar spice cake frosted in brown sugar buttercream and filled with layers of local Crimson Crisp apples, maple-scented Candy Cap mushroom cream cheese frosting, and apple cider caramel.
Add an optional garnish of apple cider caramel, or go deluxe with apple cider caramel, granola, and mushroom-shaped meringues.
Contains nuts (granola garnish).
