The late summer harvest has never tasted so sweet. Our Sweet Corn & Blackberry cake is a sweet corn cake layered with crème fraîche whip, hot honey, and blackberry jam, all frosted with blackberry buttercream. This tender corn cake is naturally gluten-free!
Each cake comes with an optional topping of fresh blooms and sweet cornflake crunch in your choice of two styles:
- Posy (pictured) - a plume of fresh floral stems, blackberries, and cornflake crunch
- Crown - a crown of fresh floral elements, blackberries, and cornflake crunch.
Please note: This item has no gluten-containing ingredients but may contain trace amounts of gluten from our kitchen - we cannot guarantee a 100% gluten-free product. Color of frosting may vary slightly.

Party Cakes must be pre-ordered a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 60 days in advance of your desired pick-up date. If you need a quicker turn-around, check out our Next-Day Cake collection.
For our signature Party Cakes, we unfortunately cannot accommodate requests for specific flowers/floral colors. For more floral customization options, please browse our Special Occasion Cake collection or submit a Custom Cake Inquiry.
