Cake Bloom’s most popular flavor for over a decade, our Rainbow Carrot spice cake is baked with tri-color carrots and layered with vanilla cream cheese frosting and our house-made salted caramel sauce. Always free of nuts and raisins.
Our standard Rainbow Carrot cake design features a topping of salted caramel with your choice of frosting design: sheer "semi-naked" vanilla buttercream, or "naked" exposed layers. Customize your cake with a fresh floral garnish or a custom buttercream-piped message for an especially sweet treat.

Party Cakes must be pre-ordered a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 60 days in advance of your desired pick-up date. If you need a quicker turn-around, check out our Next-Day Cake collection.
For our signature Party Cakes, we unfortunately cannot accommodate requests for specific flowers/floral colors. For more floral customization options, please browse our Special Occasion Cake collection or submit a Custom Cake Inquiry.
