This is legitimately one of the most incredible cakes I’ve ever eaten!
I’m not even sure I know how to adequately describe it because “delicious” is wholly inadequate, but I’ll do my best
The layers of almond cake have this incredible variation in texture. Some are so moist they have that almost wet quality you get from a really good tiramisu while other layers are more traditionally cake textured. Still moist, but not wet, if that makes sense. The contrast somehow made every bite so interesting
Now onto the flavor…It isn’t aggressively sweet (thank God), it’s actually remarkably subtle and balanced. You taste the almond, the fig, the honey, and that gorgeous mascarpone cream without any one element screaming over the other. Then, every so often, you get this little flicker of saltiness from the buttercream that makes the sweetness come alive all over again
It’s rich without being heavy, which was one of the most surprising things about it. When I picked up the box it felt substantial, almost heavy for its size, but once you actually eat it, it feels light. How is that possible?!?!
I finished it expecting that heavy, overly rich dessert feeling, but instead just wanting more lol
The most impressive aspect though is how you can taste the freshness of the ingredients. It doesn’t taste artificial or overly processed or like it was built around sugar. It’s legitimately fresh! Like someone cared about every individual component 🫶
The fig and honey give it this beautiful, almost elegant fruitiness, while the Moscato mascarpone cream adds this delicate sweetness and creaminess
This is not one of those cakes where you take a bite and think, Wow, that’s a really good cake…this is the kind where you take a bite, stop for a second and think: Holy *%#+ this is amazing!
It’s sophisticated without being pretentious, sweet without being sugary, rich without being heavy, and incredibly complex without any flavor becoming overwhelming

Served cake slices at a get together I hosted last evening. Everyone of the ladies loved them. Each flavor was delicious. I have ordered before and will absolutely order again.
This is my third time ordering from here and I intend to keep doing so. The sheer quality of the dessert, the ease of purchase, the fact that Cake Bloom ships to my state… perfection.
It was well packaged, and the product was delicious. We definitely will order again. It is a great gift for those that have everything but have excellent taste.
Only liked 4. Maybe 5 varieties. Vanilla, rose/flowers, carrot and chocolate. Honorable mention to strawberry

I sent this as a Birthday Gift for a dear friend who was turning 75.
It was PERFECT as it wasn't one huge cake to have to deal with (for 2 people) and having 2 slices per flavor it gave each a chance to taste each one.
Arrived too late. A few of the flavors were not great -vanilla and apple… stout chocolate left an out taste.
Delivery was seamless, we wanted a change and variety for Thanksgiving dessert and this is perfect.
Amazing as always!! It’s great for a small family event, the whole sample can have a small piece of all the flavors.

That woodland apple and carrot cake will always do it for me!! Please consider making woodland apple a year round or season flavor. Otherwise, the variety box was amazing as usual. It’s a great gift and fun idea when around other foodies.

Bought two longboard shippers as guest cakes for my intimate wedding in PA and they were a massive hit! When I say there wasn't a crumb left I mean it!
I bought this for my daughter's 48th birthday. She had seen it on TikToc and had always wanted to try it. She was not disappointed. Every slice she said was absolutely delicious! I would buy it more often for other friends, but the shipping fee is rather high, though I understand why it needs to be.
The cake was beautiful, absolutely delicious, and was delivered on time! There was however, one smalllll problem: my partner’s name is Reuben, spelled like the sandwich, which I put in my order for the writing on the top of the cake, and the cake arrived saying “HBD Ruben” 🤦🏼♀️
