February Flavors

Coconut-Passionfruit

A taste of the tropics, our Coconut-Passionfruit cake features layers of fluffy coconut cake soaked in sweet coconut milk, filled with alternating layers of cream cheese frosting and tart passionfruit curd, all garnished with flaked toasted coconut. Available through March 2nd.

Persian Love

A nod to a much-loved dessert from the Middle East, our Persian Love cake features layers of aromatic almond-cardamom cake (scented with just a touch of rose water and orange zest), raspberry preserves, and raspberry-rose Chantilly cream—all finished with pink raspberry buttercream, rose petals, and crushed pistachio. Available through March 2nd.

Tiramisu

This one’s for the coffee lovers. Our Tiramisu features layers of vanilla cake brushed with espresso syrup and filled with rich mascarpone cream. Whole cakes are finished semi-naked style in a translucent layer of espresso buttercream, swirls of mascarpone, and a final dusting of cocoa powder. Available through March 2nd.

Simply Lemon

Crafted for citrus purists and lemon-lovers everywhere, our Simply Lemon cake is baked with fresh lemon zest and layered generously with our velvety, house-made lemon curd and rich vanilla buttercream.

Floral Funfetti

Our Floral Funfetti cake is a flavorful twist on a childhood favorite. Its flecks of color come not from sprinkles, but a blend of edible flowers: blue cornflower, rose, calendula, and tart hibiscus. Layers of tangy-sweet vanilla cream cheese frosting complete this nostalgic treat.

Golden Vanilla

Elegant, simple, and oh-so fluffy, our Golden Vanilla cake is baked with house-made crème fraîche and layered with whipped vanilla bean Chantilly cream filling. Our lowest sugar offering.

Rainbow Carrot

Cake Bloom’s most popular flavor for over a decade, our Rainbow Carrot spice cake is baked with tri-color carrots and layered with vanilla cream cheese frosting and our house-made salted caramel sauce. Always free of nuts and raisins.

Classic Chocolate

High quality dark chocolate, Dutch cocoa, and just a hint of coffee give our Classic Chocolate cake a deep, fudgey flavor—all while maintaining a delightfully fluffy texture. Layers of dark chocolate ganache and vanilla cream cheese frosting pack an extra decadent punch.
